By purchasing a StereumPlus server between November 4th, 2024, and December 4th, 2024, you’ll receive a unique POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) that grants you the chance to sign up for our raffle.

Participation Terms for the StereumPlus Giveaway

1. Organizer The giveaway is organized by StereumPlus.

2. Eligibility Participation is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old, reside in a country where the giveaway is legally permitted, and have purchased a StereumPlus server. Participation is voluntary and requires registration using a POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol), which will be sent to eligible customers. Employees of StereumPlus and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the Giveaway Participation is only possible through receipt of a POAP, which will be sent to customers who have purchased a StereumPlus server between November 4th, 2024, and December 4th, 2024. With this POAP, participants can voluntarily register for the raffle. Participation is free of charge and does not require any additional purchases.

4. Giveaway Process

• After purchasing a StereumPlus server, the POAP will be sent to the customer by email or to the provided wallet address.

• Participants must register on the provided raffle platform after receiving the POAP to participate in the giveaway.

• Registration for the raffle must take place within the specified participation period. After this period, participation will no longer be possible.

5. Participation Period The giveaway begins on November 4th, 2024, and ends on December 4th, 2024, 11:59 PM (CET). Participants can purchase a server and sign up for the raffle within this period.

6. Prizes The following prizes are available:

• 1x StereumPlus merchandise package

• 1x hardware wallet

The prizes cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to other individuals. Note: The delivery of the merchandise package may be delayed until the end of the year.

7. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be randomly selected from all registered raffle participants. The drawing of winners will take place on December 12th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email or through the wallet address provided during registration.

8. Consent to Publication By participating, the winners agree that their name may be published in StereumPlus media (website, social media, etc.).

9. Data Protection The data collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. More information about data protection can be found in our [privacy policy].

10. Disclaimer StereumPlus is not responsible for any technical disruptions that may interfere with participation in the giveaway. No liability will be accepted for data loss, delays, or misdirection.

11. Early Termination and Changes StereumPlus reserves the right to terminate the giveaway early or amend the participation terms at any time for important reasons. This applies especially if the planned course of the giveaway is disrupted.

12. Final Provisions Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provisions of these participation terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
