We Are Devcon 7
We are at Devcon 7 Southeast Asia that takes part in Bangkok from November 12 to 15, and for more exciting events around it.
Devcon is the biggest and most important Ethereum conference for developers, researchers, thinkers, and makers. An intensive introduction for new Ethereum explorers, a global family reunion for those already a part of our ecosystem, and a source of energy and creativity for all.
RockLogic has been a part of the Ethereum community since 2020 when we started developing Stereum, our open source software for easily setting up an Ethereum node.
This year, we outsourced all our Stereum activities into the newly founded company Stereum Services that develops our Ethereum Hosting Service StereumPlus.
Which means that you can meet both RockLogic and Stereum Services experts in Bangkok, as many of us are there and will happily explain what we do and engage into in-depth discussion about everything Blockchain.
Here is an overview of the most important events we are planning to attend.
Staking Summit
Staking Summit takes place already the week before the actual Devcon, from, 8th and 9th of November. It is an ecosystem meeting of private and institutional stakers who exchange ideas and network with each other. There will be 2 days of speeches and discussions.
Fast Setup of an Ethereum Node
November 8 @ 11:00 we will hold one of our Stereum workshops where we will show how to set up an Ethereum node, partly with protocols like Lido where you need less than 32 ETH.

EthStakers Hub

EthStakers are the largest internet community that has emerged from the Ethereum Foundation. They have their own community hub at Devcon and will host panels and talks. It will be quite an honor for us to be able to speak there and we are really looking forward to it!
