2. NODE SETUP
Node Setup Image
After downloading Stereum, installing the Launcher and logging into your server, you have to decide on how you want to handle the installation of your Ethereum node.
To support you in your use case, Stereum gives you the option to either choose between Pre-Sets serving your use case with the One Click Installation Option. You can also pick out the clients / services you need with the Custom Installation option yourself. Should you decide to migrate your setup onto a new machine, there is always the option to import your config file before installation to save you some time with the Import Configuration option. NOTE: all guides are made using the testnet. We strongly recommend you to try out your setup in the testnet yourself!
